Thistle Down Farm

Thistledown Flower Farm is a family run flower farm in Cedar Springs, Michigan. We grow specialty blooms for floral designers and retail customers using biodynamic and regenerative farming methods. Thistledown Flower Farm was built on a set of core values which include stewarding and facilitating a diverse ecosystem on the land we tend, encouraging the regeneration of native microbiology, and connecting to the West Michigan community through education and investment.

At the forefront of our farm's ethos is the idea that local, ethically-grounded agriculture is the future of our planet. Our focus is on:

• Planting native borders for pollinator health

• Strict no-use policy on synthetic fertilizers and other harmful agents

• Committing to ethical labor practices and wages

• Focusing on encouraging the natural balance of animals, insects and vegetation on our farm

Through these methods we are able to achieve high quality blooms while maintaining a positive environmental and social impact.
